Founder & CEO

The founder & CEO of Happy Hippie, LLC and the daughter of an original Hippie and a Master Gardener, Natasha has been working in flower beds, and getting dirty, since she was a girl. Drawing from such early life experiences, she launched her company in 2020 to help others enjoy flower beds, home landscaping and outdoor living spaces. Natasha is our cool suburban happy hippie who absolutely, positively loves to create, renew and maintain beauty, peace and harmony in residential & commercial landscapes. When she's not running her company, she chills like a hippie.

Rob

CFO & COO

Rob is our finance & operational leader / partner with 25+ years of experience as a CFO, COO, and Board Member. He has the rare blend of financial rigor and operational agility necessary to keep the ship pointing in the right direction while serving as key advisor and strategic business partner to our CEO. He's an expert in navigating the unique dynamics of family offices, founder-led businesses, and privately-held companies. Rob has education & experience in business, finance and law. When not wearing many hats, he enjoys spending time with family.

From humble beginnings as just one suburban happy hippie providing residential landscaping, flower garden design, and landscape maintenance for friends and neighbors... Natasha's side-hustle became Happy Hippie, LLC in February 2020. She did business as Happy Hippie Gardening aka Happy Hippie for the first five years. In those years she focused on offering residential flower garden beautification, landscape maintenance, and outdoor living solutions. By offering valued services, solving problems, and creating beautiful landscapes at fair prices, Happy Hippie grew rapidly and became one of Alabama's most loved Landscaping Services companies.

Today Happy Hippie does business as HHG Services, reflecting current product &service offerings, and, focuses on offering custom residential landscaping projects, hardscape & outdoor living solutions, commercial landscaping, commercial grounds maintenance, land maintenance and vegetation management. Natasha still manages her business and she's dedicated to providing quality landscaping services & reliable products, delivered safely, providing exceptional value to her clients. Her company remains a founder-led, family-run small business caring deeply about its business purpose, employee families, and client happiness.
